Hey there, I’m Kim—and I’m so glad you’re here.
Whether you stumbled across this space by accident or landed here on purpose, welcome.

I thought I’d start by introducing the old me. I was tired, overweight, unmotivated, inflamed, hurting—and dealing with a long list of other issues and medications I’ll share more about as we go.

I’ve also included a few photos of my daughter, Ava. She was going through her own struggles at the time, and she needed a hand. So we decided to take this journey together (well, mostly my decision—but more on that later!).

The very first thing we changed was what we did—and didn’t—put into our bodies.

It wasn’t about some trendy diet or overnight fix. We just started paying attention. We cut out the stuff that was working against us and focused on real, nourishing food that helped us feel better from the inside out. I also gained a lot of knowledge on supplements that have helped along the way.

Honestly, it was hard at first—especially dragging a teenager along for the ride (sorry, not sorry, Ava!). But little by little, we started to see changes. Not just in how we looked, but in our energy, our moods, our sleep, and our overall outlook. The changes were subtle at first, but they added up in a big way. We began to feel like ourselves again—and that was everything.

We were just two people who needed a shift in behavior and outlook. And if that’s where you are right now, I want you to know—you can change things too.
